Greenwich Police responded to the area of Sound Beach Avenue on Saturday, Jan. 26 around 4:30 p.m. on the report of an inebriated male driver. The driver, identified as Andrew Allen Lieberman of Montclair, New Jersey, allegedly exited his vehicle and urinated in the roadway.
Police arrived and asked Lieberman to participate in a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Lieberman was arrested and charged with DUI and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $250 bail and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Court on Monday, Feb. 11.
